Hose reels

Hose reels are widely used industrially everywhere. They make the work easier.

What are hose reels?

When fluid or gas needs to be transported over short distances, a reel is often chosen. For each gas or liquid, a specific hose is required with the corresponding sealing materials. Depending on the application, the reel can be equipped with various types of drives. Each winding system can be constructed from various materials. Steel, Stainless Steel 304, Stainless Steel 316, Aluminum, Plastic. We have various standard reels that are constructed according to standard specifications. To make the diversity of hose reels more manageable, we have categorized them into:

The different types of hose reels:

Water hose reel

Water hose reels are used in large kitchens, butcher shops, abattoirs, car washes, and many other places where water is required.

These reels have a locking mechanism so that the operator can easily unwind and retract the hose.

Equipped with a spray lance or nozzle, the work becomes more efficient and easier.

Compressed air hose reel

Looking for a reliable compressed air hose reel? At PAGO Reeling Systems, you’ll find over 2000 reels. From spring-loaded models to electric winders, we have the perfect solution for you. With our special suction gun, your work becomes easier. Choose from painted steel or stainless steel, depending on your needs.

High-pressure cleaner reel

Powerful high-pressure cleaner reel. Choose from spring-loaded or electrically winding models. With a special suction gun and compressed air function. With a special suction gun and compressed air function. Available in painted steel and stainless steel. Choose what best fits your situation.

Fuel reel

The fuel reel is designed to transport various types of fuels such as gasoline, diesel, kerosene, jet fuel, etc.

This reel is extensively used not only in your garage and airport but also in offshore applications.

Installed underground or on a truck.

The heating oil (mazout) delivered to your home goes through these reels.

The refueling of gas stations also occurs via tank trucks that can be equipped with a reel.

The reels are supplied in both painted steel and stainless steel.

Vacuum cleaner reel

The ideal solution for vacuuming tobacco, dust, granules, smoke, or vapors in workshops with a central extraction system.

Due to the compact design of these reels, they can be used in polishing departments, car and truck washes, granulate treatment, etc.

If you don’t have a central extraction system, you can use an industrial vacuum cleaner and this reel to keep your work environment perfectly clean.

The reel can be designed as a spring-loaded version or as a computer-controlled electric winding version.

A special suction gun that can also blow compressed air can make your work easier.

The hose can be equipped with an electric signal so that you can remotely turn off the vacuum cleaner.

The reels are supplied in both painted steel and stainless steel.

Hydraulic reel

These spring reels are specially designed for hydraulic applications.

Our extensive range allows for winding up to 4 hoses on a single reel. We can also configure the reel as a combination reel, allowing for one line to be filled with power cables. A technical marvel that counts.

In addition, we also have hydraulic reels where two drums are mounted separately on one shaft. This application is particularly useful for applications with different hose diameters. The reels are supplied in both painted steel and stainless steel.

AdBlue reels

AdBlue is a colorless, high-grade, and biodegradable urea solution.

AdBlue is required by truck manufacturers to ensure that trucks comply with new emission standards.

We have multiple models that can be used.

Grease reel

The grease reel is a reel capable of transporting various types of grease.

Higher pressures are required to accomplish this.

This type of reel is mainly used in garages and maintenance workshops but is also utilized in other industrial sectors.

The reels are supplied in both painted steel and stainless steel.

Breathing air reel

This type of reel is used to transport oxygen.

These reels are typically used in an environment to provide workers with breathable air in a user-friendly manner.

You can provide breathable air whenever you need it.

These reels are used for firefighting, mining, and other industries.

Paint reel

The paint reel is a reel developed for the automotive sector.

These reels have 2 hoses. (1 for the paint and 1 for the compressed air for spraying)

Because the paint does not come into contact with the air, it can remain in the hose.

Productivity significantly increases, and the sprayer no longer has to deal with the hose getting in the way.

The reels are supplied in both painted steel and stainless steel.

Twin reels

The twin reels are equipped with a specially designed swivel featuring EPR seals as standard. To prevent incorrect connections, the acetylene connection was provided with a clear marking.

The manually operated twin reels were designed for welding applications with long hose lengths. The winding is done by means of a lateral crank with transmission. These reels are widely used in shipyards, mobile workshops, construction workshops, etc., thanks to their large hose capacity.

For gases other than oxygen/acetylene, please consult our technical service.

Spring-driven twin reels, designed for oxygen & acetylene applications with hose lengths ranging from 8 meters of 1/4″ to 30 meters of 3/8″.
Thanks to their compact dimensions, these types are widely used in maintenance departments, mobile workshops, etc.

All spring-driven twin reels have a locking mechanism and an adjustable hose guide. This allows the reel to be mounted on the floor, wall, or ceiling.
Duo hoses and their corresponding duo hose bumpers are available separately and can be assembled by our technical service for you. For other gases, please consult our technical service.

Fire hose reel

When the fire department responds to a fire, every second counts.
Opening the hatch, unwinding the hose, and extinguishing the fire—those are the keywords for every man in the field.
There should be no danger of the reel jamming and the firefighter stopping on his way to the inferno.
With our reels, this danger does not exist.
The hose reels are usually built into the vehicle.
Due to the modular system of the reel construction, they can be mounted on virtually any part of the fire truck.
Firefighting hose reels are hose reels specifically designed for firefighting purposes.

They fully comply with relevant European directives and are used for their proven reliability in fire trucks, drilling platforms, airports, petrochemical industry, etc.

The reels are supplied in both painted steel and stainless steel.

Single wrap reel

Single Wrap reels are industrial reels on which the hose is wound in a spiral shape.

The spiral winding ensures that the hose does not need to be guided during winding.

Usually, it’s large lengths or large diameters that are wound.

For example: A tanker truck carrying heating oil and operated by one person can accomplish the task entirely independently.

The hose is not unnecessarily stressed and lasts much longer.

The reels are supplied in both painted steel and stainless steel.
